Model 73BH – In-tank disc valve
The in-tank disc valve with bottom outlet is installed from top to bottom of the tank. A long spindle connection runs at the bottom of the pneumatic actuator. The actuator keeps the valve in an open position, and if the actuator fails, a special weight or spring moves the disc downwards and closes the valve.
Fulfill the requirements of API 625 Standard for “Tank Systems for Refrigerated Liquefied Gas Storage”
Model 73ID – In-tank plug valve
The in-tank TESO plug valve with side outlet is installed form the top to the bottom of the tank. A long spindel connects the pneumatic actuator and plug valve at the bottom. The actuator keeps the valve in an open position, if the actuator fails a special weight moves the plug downwards and closes the valve.
Fulfill the requirements of API 625 Standard for „Tank Systems for Refrigerated Liquefied Gas Storage”
Model 29BH – Tank valve with in-lying spring
Model 29BH is a Tank Emergency Shut-off valve for tank bottom installation.
The valve seat is welded into the vessel bottom; the valve disc is detachable from the valve spindle which is outside the tank wall. Under normal operating conditions the valve is held open by air pressure, if the actuator fails the spring inside the vessel closes the valve tightly even if the valve body and spindle outside the tank is damaged.
