3-way Diverter Valve – T-Type – Model 42TK

Model 42TK – 3-Way Diverter Valve with 2 pistons, layout T-shaped. Outlets slanted, pistons with manual bevel gear actuation. Also available with contoured pistons to achieve optimum flow.

3-way Diverter Valve – T-Type – Model 43TT

Model 43TT – 3 way diverter valve, with two discs with back seat, layout T-shaped with parallel outlets. Actuation by manual bevel gearbox. The backseat option for the discs enhances the seal to atmosphere for critical applications

5-way Diverter Valve – Tangential Type – Model 47VK

Model 47VK – 5 way tangential diverter valve, Outlet right-angled to the 4 inlets, 4 pistons, all with manual bevel gearbox. Inlets partially with weld ends or with flanges, valve with complete heating jacket.

6-way Diverter Valve – Star-Type – Model 42

Model 42 – 6 Way diverter valve, “Star”-shaped, intlet in the center, 5 surrounding piston controled outlets. Each with electric actuation and additional handwheel.

Model 48 – mFactory Diverter Valve

This is a special diverter valve design that incorporates 7 distinct valve functions in one – switching, flushing, isolation, condensate, steam injection, quench, and draining in the drawing below.

The idea behind the valve is to reduce space required for processes in a refinery or petrochemical plants and to eliminate dead spaces caused by the many “T-pieces and ball valve” combinations needed for a conventional piping layout.

The m-Factory valve can be built to incorporate multiple valve functions (10 or more) thus reducing capital expenditure, and allowing engineering firms to design mini factories where space is at a premium. Other benefits arise as a result of it’s dead space free design.
